As a neurodivergent babe myself, I spent literal decades trying to follow neurotypical, abled advice for productivity and systems. But it never stuck. Everything changed when I stopped shaming myself for being different and started building systems that met me where I was. That’s when my productivity soared, and business started to feel way more easeful. I want that for you 🙂‍↕️

My approach? Acceptance over judgment, satisfaction and ease, authenticity over perfection—with loads of experimentation and play. Shame never helped anyone thrive, and honestly? Productivity can totally be FUN if you don’t take yourself too seriously 😉

I’ve spent almost 15 years in operations, customer service, and admin at startups and small businesses (including my own), so systems? I’ve seen what works and what burns neurodivergent babes out. I bring all that to the table—plus a willingness to keep learning.
